By using The A List you agree to these terms. Please read them before you post or reply to an ad.
Who can use the site
You must be 18 or older to use The A List. By using the site you confirm that you are.
You use the site at your own risk
The A List is a place where people post personal ads and write to each other. We do not check who anyone is, and we do not check what they say about themselves. We are not responsible for what people post, for the messages they send, or for anything that happens when people get in touch or meet.
Use your own judgment. Be careful about what you share, and take care if you decide to meet someone.
What you post
You are responsible for everything you post, including your pictures. Only post pictures and words that you have the right to share, and only of adults who agree to be shown.
Ads may include adult language and pictures. Do not post anything that is not allowed in the next section.
Illegal content and suspended accounts
Content that is illegal will be deleted. The account that posted it will be suspended.
We may also remove any ad that breaks these terms or that people report to us as a problem. You can report an ad from its page.
Replies and your email address
When you reply to an ad, your message and the email address you enter are passed to the poster so they can answer. A poster’s email address is not shown to readers.
Do not use replies to send spam, threats or anything illegal.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using The A List after a change, you accept the updated terms.
